Best Western Jaco Beach All Inclusive Resort, Jaco

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, we enjoyed the music and entertainment coming through the walls, the spacious rooms with good quality beds and sheets. On the other hand, the lack of amenities and the mix-up with our roommates were less than ideal.

My stay at Casa Luna Hotel and Spa was a mixed experience. The rooms were old and uncomfortably hot, especially after another group was mistakenly checked into our room. The location, just a few blocks from downtown Jaco, was convenient, but the lack of proper room maintenance was a downside.

My stay at the hotel was overall satisfying. The rooms, although a bit old-fashioned, were clean and basic. However, there was an issue with another group being checked into our room. The service was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff always ready to assist. The location was prime, right on the beach, offering convenience and access to various activities. The dining options were somewhat repetitive, with limited choices, but the outdoor cafe near the pool area was a nice alternative. Facilities were adequate for my needs.

The hotel is situated right on the beach, offering easy access and an amazing view. The rooms, though lacking in amenities, have balconies but can get quite hot. The friendly service adds to the overall pleasant experience. However, dining options, especially for breakfast, may leave something to be desired. On the plus side, being right in front of the beach is fantastic.

The dining experience fell short of expectations, though it had a decent selection. Overall, a mixed experience with some notable strengths and weaknesses.
